Valerie is a veteran sales leader, sucessfully setting the strategic direction to increase sales performance and results, build high performing teams, and create new opportunities for growth, differentiation and value.
She is currently consulting: Marketplace Services offer executable, growth-oriented Sales and Marketing strategies; and Workplace Services offer training and best practices to reduce the potential legal and HR risk of Social Media in the workplace.
Valerie has worked with some of the best-known brands in the world, with a professional emphasis on helping companies create long-term value. Her client experience includes F5-500; small, local businesses and complex multinationals. She has a breadth of business experience that includes retail, B2C/B2B, across diverse industry segments. Valerie’s approach is collaborative, in both customer and internal environments. Her success comes from building and leveraging the collective strength of an organization to benefit her team, company and clients.
Valerie graduated from the University of Tulsa with BA in Communications. She supports the American Cancer Society, Make A Wish and St. Jude. Valerie was a 2006 OC Barons Committee Chair, which is a fundraising guild for the American Cancer Society.
