About Valerie Dennis

Valerie Dennis is a veteran sales leader whose strengths are transformation, growth strategies, new market potential, and sales effectiveness. She has successfully redirected and rebuilt underperforming sales teams, built and executed sustainable growth strategies, improved management effectiveness, and increased top-line sales and profit. Valerie has more than 20 years of business experience in logistics, information management and consumer goods. Her fiscal experience ranges from $22M to $200+M in global revenue with a management scope up to 100 employees. She has worked for FedEx, Recall Information Management and Black and Decker. Valerie is currently consulting to businesses on sales, marketing and social media strategy.

She has worked with some of the best-known brands in the world, with most of her professional experience focused on helping companies create long-term value. She has collaborated with a range of businesses from retail to B2B, across diverse industry segments, helping local and global companies drive growth through differentiating solutions. Valerie’s approach is collaborative, in both customer and internal environments. Her success comes from building and leveraging the collective strength of an organization to benefit her team and clients.

Valerie graduated from the University of Tulsa with BA in Communications. She supports the Child Abuse Prevention Center, The American Cancer Society and St. Jude. Valerie was also a 2006 OC Barons Committee Chair, which is an active guild of the American Cancer Society
